Founder
Mac Browning is a former high school English teacher and missionary who loves to encourage others in their walk with God through writing and sharing poetry.
He earned his MA degree in Global Leadership from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California, and enjoys mentoring individuals wanting to grow and develop professionally or personally.
As missionaries overseas, Mac and his wife, Erika, homeschooled their two children from elementary up through high school graduation. While Erika did most of the heavy lifting, Mac has a passion to help homeschooling families get the resources and help they need to be successful on their home education journey.
Mac and Erika enjoy living in the Dallas, Texas area near their children and two grandchildren.

At Truth and Life Homeschool Resource, our mission is to provide families with the tools, guidance, and support they need to cultivate a nurturing homeschool environment rooted in faith, excellence, and community.
As an organization, TALHR is Christ-centered, and the Bible is the foundation for all that TALHR does.
- TALHR works within a Christian framework and uncompromising of our Christian values.
- TALHR does all that we do to glorify Christ and shine His love to our community.
- All TALHR workshops are taught from a Christian worldview with the Bible as foundation.
- TALHR requires a signed Statement of Faith from all of our directors, officers, employees, and contractors.
